The cost of these houses range from Rs. 3.75 lacs to Rs. 13.00 lacs.
TMC is India’s first Public-Private Partnership in cooperation with the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA). An estimated inventory of 6000 flats is being provided by TMC to MMRDA for their various programmes. Karjat is one of the MMRDA’s focal points to decongest Mumbai. MMRDA intends to convert Karjat into a satellite township with world class infrastructure on the lines of a self sustained business city.
