TMC had participated in the MCHI Budget Property Exhibition organized by Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry for properties worth Rs. 3 - 15 lakhs. This Exhibition was held at Bhandup in which the recently launched TMC Commercial Space was exhibited actively.
In July 2009, TMC was honored with “A Good Practice UN – Habitat Business Award” by The UN Human Settlements Programme & The Chinese Real Estate Chambers Of Commerce.
