MRPL has awarded SCS the contract to build the units using its fast, low-cost construction method based on prefabricated Hardiflex fibre cement boards which has been successfully applied in housing projects in the Philippines, Australia, Jordan, Vietnam, and India. The SCS organization in India is located in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The Indian organization has over 1000 employees and currently has an order book of 14 Million sq ft of development. Customers include the British High Commission in Jordon, WJ Towells Oman, Government of Doha etc.
